You get access to awesome bodyweight-based workouts weekly - with three levels of difficulty available to cater for all stages of fitness & strength and with the option of using a suspension trainer on some of the levels to create even more effective results.

As the workouts are bodyweight-based, they're easily adaptable so you can train at home, in the gym, in hotel rooms or at the beach. When you start, you’ll choose a preset nutrition plan to help you achieve your health goals, and you’ve got the ability to message me through your app for advice when you need it.

We'll start by discussing your goals through a video call and from there, I'll build you a programme designed specifically to help you achieve your goals. Your workouts can be designed for the gym or bodyweight-based so you can train anywhere. You can also message me privately through your app to get advice and support throughout your health journey.
