We’ll chat about your goals, exercise history and any limitations like injuries or confidence levels.
No pressure or judgment – just a starting point so we can meet you where you’re at.
We'll pair you up with an experienced member, or a coach will do the workout alongside you.
Every class is led by an expert coach who will guide you through movements and adjust any exercises if required.
By the end of your first couple of weeks, you’ll:
Understand how sessions work, feel more confident with key movements and start to notice real progress.
