Our Head Coach draws on his experience as a highly sought-after PT, run coach and group instructor to create a progression-based, workout programme that will get you consistent, sustainable results.

Every 45-minute session features a huge variety of exercises that help you tap into a different component of your body’s performance output.

The primary focus of our group classes is building adaptable and functional health and fitness, so nothing stops you from exploring the world through fitness and living a fulfilling life.

Each workout is one piece of a carefully-planned puzzle that progressively gets harder over a 10-week block. This includes de-load weeks, a programmed phase of lower intensity or training volume so your nervous system can recover more optimally between sessions.
