Our Summer Challenge is the best way to kickstart the new year – and refocus on the basics like regular exercise and good nutrition. Over the 6 weeks, we'll help you reassess 6 different habits and show you simple, no-fuss ways to replace them with healthier, more sustainable ones.
This is an individual challenge that has a nutrition and exercise task or activity each week. It has an In-Body start and end scan and additional support from our coaches.
Lift & Conquer: 8 Weeks To A Stronger You.

Our Winter 8 Week Challenge focuses on building your strength and lifting capacity across four main lifts: squats, deadlifts, bench press, and bent row. On top of unlimited access to our weekly classes, you can attend two additional strength sessions per week. These will be facilitated by two coaches who will support you to improve your technique, power and muscle activation safely.
While the overall aim is for you to see some obvious strength gains, this challenge is team-based. We do this for two reasons. Number one – it keeps you accountable (the more you show up, the more improvement you'll see). Number two - everybody will have different strengths and weaknesses across the various lifts. Competing in teams makes the challenge equal for everyone, regardless of your starting baseline.

F*** The Cold: Mid-Winter Challenge.
Winter is the hardest time of year to stay on track with your health and fitness goals. So, we created our 8 Week Winter Challenge to help motivate and inspire you through the colder months.
It's an individual challenge that starts with a goal-setting workshop. You'll set a SMART goal which can be nutrition or performance-related, then have 8 weeks to complete your bingo card. This consists of a set number of tasks focused on attendance, ticking off a range of physical activities in the gym and outside of class, and successfully achieving your SMART goal.
Spring Forward: 6 Weeks of Commitment & Change.
Our Spring 6 Week Challenge is all about consistency. Whether you're looking to build muscle, reduce body fat, or "get back on track", you'll see body composition changes if you focus your energy on training regularly and making healthier food choices. The In-Body scan at the start and end of the challenge is a great way of tracking progress, but don't get caught up too much in achieving the perfect result.
Set yourself a goal and use our support and the resources we provide to make incremental steps towards that goal. This challenge mixes individual goals and team-based activities. It's full of team camaraderie and friendly competition, making it the perfect opportunity to get to know other people at the gym.
