Congratulations on signing up to compete in a fitness event! Now it’s time to get prepped for race day.

Our group workouts provide the best foundation for your race training. Our progressive, evidence-backed programming will improve the overall functionality and adaptability of your body. In addition, we layer on top an event specific training plan that we create for you based on the race you’re doing, how long you’ve got to train, and what you want to achieve on the day. This includes extra small group training sessions that focus on race-specific fitness and skills and tapering towards the end to conserve your energy for race day.

HYROX combines running and functional workout stations. Participants run 1km, followed by 1 workout station, repeated 8 times.
