Personal Training with Liam

I’ve been a personal trainer for 10 years – and I’m proud to say a number of my original clients are still with me today.

If you’re on a quest to change your health, fitness and lifestyle, and need support, accountability and expertise to achieve your goals in a sustainable way, then personal training is a great option for you.

Here's how it works:

Step 1: Goal-setting session. To help me understand your motivations, and create focus.

Step 2: Body composition. Using the ‘In-Body’ body composition scanner will help us define your starting point. Here we’ll also discuss any past injuries and eating habits – I need this information to ensure the right training and nutrition programme is created for the best results. 

Step 3: Get started!

What your weekly investment includes:

  • Personal training sessions. One session per week is $85p/w. Two sessions per week is $138p/w. Three sessions per week is $180p/w.
  • Private goal-setting workshop. What I learn from the session will be essential. It’ll ensure I create a super effective plan with lifestyle tips and habits that give you long-term results.
  • Personalised nutrition plan. Built to suit what you like to eat and your current eating habits.
  • Customised online training plan. You can access through my app outside of your personal training sessions.
  • Measurement-based results tracking. Using the ‘In-Body’ body composition scanner.
