This is the service you need if you want the accountability, expertise and support to achieve your health and fitness goals in a sustainable way. We will create a super effective plan and teach you lifestyle tips and habits to give you long term results.

We'll go through a goal-setting session to understand your motivations and create focus. We will use our ‘In-Body’ body composition scanner to determine where we are starting from & discuss everything from past injuries to eating habits, to ensure the right training & nutrition programme is created for the best results.

  • Personal Training sessions
  • Private goal-setting workshop with Liam
  • Personalised nutrition plan considering what you like and current eating habits
  • Personalised online training plan you can access through our app/web login for outside PT sessions
  • Measurement-based results tracking with our ‘In-Body’ scanner

  • 2 sessions per week $138.00 per week
  • 3 sessions per week $180.00 per week
